This legal notice regulates the use of this website (hereinafter “the Website”), owned by Iorana. On this page you will find all the information about the legal terms and conditions that will define the relationship between the users of the Web (hereinafter, “the User” or “the Users”) and Iorana. As a User, it is important that you are up to date with the provisions set forth under this legal notice.

Conditions of use of this website
Browsing the Website attributes the condition of User thereof and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions set forth in this Legal Notice, which may be subject to changes due to legislative or jurisprudential changes, as well as to new industry practices.
The Website and its services are free and open access. However, Iorana conditions the use of some of the services offered on the Website to the prior completion of the corresponding form.
All the contents on the Website such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology or software, as well as its design and source code, constitute a body of work whose property belongs to Iorana and/or its collaborators. No exploitation rights over them can be considered in any way transferred or ceased to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Web.
The User guarantees the authenticity and topicality of all the data that he or she communicates to Iorana and will be the solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements that he or she makes to that respect.
The User undertakes the responsability of making a correct use of the Website in accordance with the laws, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to Iorana or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of the breach of said obligation.
Privacy Policy
The personal data that Users voluntarily provide to Iorana through the different forms provided on the Website, are incorporated in a file (hereinafter, the “File”) owned by Iorana, with address at Carrer del Diluvi 10, Local , 08012, Barcelona, which complies with the required security measures. The purpose of the File is the provision and administration of the contracted or requested service, as well as the generation of statistical data.
In the cases where it is necessary to fill in a form with personal data in order to make a request, sending the corresponding data to Iorana will imply that the User has been informed and has expressly granted his or her acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Sending the data entered in the forms on this Website will only be possible if the User checks the corresponding Privacy Policy acceptance checkbox.
Iorana will never sell or transfer any type of personal information to third parties.
In the treatment of the Users’ personal data, the following legal principles of data protection will be applied: (i) Principle of legality, loyalty and transparency: the consent of the User will always be required for the treatment of his o her personal data for one or various specific purposes of which the User will be previously informed with absolute transparency; (ii) Principle of data minimization: only the strictly necessary personal data will be requested from the Users in relation to the purposes for which they are required; (iii) Principle of limitation of the conservation period: the data will be kept for no longer than necessary for the purposes of the treatment; and (iv) Principle of integrity and confidentiality: Users’ data will be treated in such a way that adequate security of the personal data is guaranteed, as well as confidentiality. Iorana undertakes the commitment of processing the information of the Users with full guarantees and in compliance with the following national and European laws that regulate the collection and use of personal data: (i) The RGPD (Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 relativo a la protección de las personas físicas) which is the European Union normative that unify the regulation of the processing of personal data in the different countries of the EU; (ii) The LOPD (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, el Reglamento de desarrollo de la LOPD) that regulates the treatment of personal data and the obligations that the people responsible of a website or blog must assume when managing this information; and (iii) The LSSI-CE (Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico) that regulates economic transactions through electronic means.
Users will be asked to provide personal data when: (i) the User contacts Iorana through the contact form, in which case the User will be asked to provide his or her name and a valid email address; and/or (ii) the User buys one or more products, in which case the User will be asked to provide his or her name, surname(s), postal address, telephone and email, as well as the credit or debit card details if the payment is made through Stripe payment gateway, or the User’s PayPal account data if payment is made through this payment gateway.
No personal data is collected through cookies on the Website. When the User browses the Website, cookies are stored. It is possible to consult at any time the Cookie Policy to expand information on the cookies use and on how to configure them.
Some of the plugins used to manage personal data are services offered by third parties, under their corresponding privacy conditions. The provision of these services are strictly necessary for the development and maintenance of the Website, and are detailed below: (i) Siteground Spain, S.L. (hosting); (ii) Automattic Inc. Shipment and refund policy
Iorana offers the User the possibility of purchasing one or more products through an online store (hereinafter, the “Shop Online”) available on this Website. Products purchased through the Shop Online can be picked up at our physical store (hereinafter “Iorana Store”) – located at Calle del Diluvi, 10, Local, 08012, Barcelona – or sent to the address that the User indicates on the purchase confirmation form.
Economic conditions. All the prices shown on the Shop Online represent the final price of a product or service. The prices of the products or services are always shown in euros and include the VAT and any other taxes that may be legally applicable at the time being. Prices of products and services do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are independently calculated and shown before confirming the purchase. Iorana reserves the right to change any prices at any time without prior notice. However, the prices indicated on the Shop Online will be those applied at the time of placing the corresponding order.
Payment methods. All the payment methods available at the Shop Online are subject to due verifications and authorizations by the entities issuing the payment methods (card issuers and / or issuers of payment accounts), but if said entities do not authorize a payment, it will not be possible to continue with the purchase procedure, being the order automatically canceled and being understood that the sale of the requested product or products will not take place. Credit/Debit card payment through the Redsys payment gateway is used as the payment method of choice. All the data provided to Iorana for these purposes are duly encrypted to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality.
Local Pickup. After placing an order for collection at Iorana Store (Local Pickup), the User may withdraw it on the working day following its completion, always within Iorana Store’s business hours. The User must identify himself with the original DNI or Passport and show the proof of purchase sent by email. In the event that the person who withdraws the order (hereinafter, the “Authorized Person”) is not the person who placed it (hereinafter, the “Customer”), the Authorized Person must show the proof of purchase sent by email, an authorization signed by the Customer containing the Customer’s data and the Authorized Person’s data, a photocopy of the Customer’s DNI or passport and the original DNI or Passport of the Authorized Person.
Shipping to postal address. Shipments to a postal address introduced by the User on the purchase confirmation form (hereinafter, the “Delivery Address”), will be effective one or two working days after the payment is completed. The order will be delivered in two to six working days (Spain and EU countries) or in seven to eleven working days (non-EU countries) after the payment is completed, except in cases of force mejeure. If there is an error in the Delivery Address or if for any other reason the delivery cannot take place and the order is returned to us by the courier company, the User must bear the costs of the new shipment.
Refunds. El Usuario tiene reconocido el derecho de desistimiento de la compra efectuada a través de la Shop Online, y por tanto, si no queda satisfecho, podrá devolver el producto o los productos adquiridos en un plazo máximo de diez (10) días laborables después de hacerse efectivo el pago. La devolución puede hacerse directamente en Iorana Store o mediante servicio de mensajería. Quedan excluídos del derecho de desestimiento los siguientes productos: (i) productos de higiene personal, (ii) productos de cosmética y (iii) productos personalizados. Al ejercer su derecho de desistimiento sobre uno o más de los productos adquiridos, el Usuario recibirá un Vale de Compra por el importe correspondiente, excluyéndose los costes del envío original, mediante correo electrónico. Iorana no realiza devoluciones monetarias en efectivo ni mediante PayPal, Stripe, transferencia bancaria, cheque ni ningún otro tipo de método de pago o de intercambio económico.
Devolución en Iorana Store. El Usuario podrá devolver los productos adquiridos en la Shop Online directamente en Iorana Store en un plazo de diez (10) días laborables después de hacerse efectivo el pago.
Devolución mediante mensajería. El Usuario podrá devolver los productos adquiridos en la Shop Online mediante servicio de mensajería, en un plazo de diez (10) días laborables después de hacerse efectivo el pago, realizando el envío a la dirección de Iorana Store: Calle del Diluvi, 10, Local, 08012, Barcelona. Los costes de la devolución del producto o los productos serán a cargo del Usuario. Iorana no se responsabiliza por daños, pérdidas o robos producidos en el transcurso de la devolución.
Cambios en esta política. Esta Política de Compras, Envíos y Devoluciones podrá ser modificadas en cualquier momento, atendiendo a la evolución de la Web y a los contenidos en ella ofrecidos.
